About the Customer Service Officer
We are seeking an experienced customer service advisor, with a proven background in a call centre environment for this role.
Working in the Public sector.
Experience-
Proven call centre inbound call handling background.
Dealing with contacts from the public calling in regarding various services.
Ideal candidate will have an understanding of safeguarding, perhaps you have worked for a housing association, or utilities company previously?
Must be able to stay calm under pressure, dealing with complaints, and solving issues.
Good IT skills, able to log information accurately, and look up information on various platforms.
Training will be provided.
