JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: 24,000 with a salary increase after 3 months probation
LOCATION: Bournemouth
CULTURE: Close-knit friendly team in a busy office!
The role:
- Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Responding to a high volume of emails
- Providing accurate information regarding services and products
- Updating customer records onto the in-house system
- Resolving customer complaints
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft office
