This role will involve supporting distributors, managing customer inquiries, and assisting internal teams with key administrative tasks.What You'll Do:
- Manage all administrative tasks related to customer service.
- Ensure accurate entry and timely follow-up of incoming orders.
- Prepare and track KPI metrics.
- Assist with HMRC compliance.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Support Sales Teams with new inquiries and sales leads.
- Work with Quality Control on returns and quality issues.
- Handle invoicing for shipped goods and credit notes for returns.
- Create quotations for new inquiries and sales leads.
- Resolve technical queries by liaising with relevant departments.
- Coordinate special shipping and delivery instructions with the Shipping team.
- Maintain ERP records and assist with annual pricing reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Navision.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
