Customer Service Administrator - Bournemouth - Up to £30kAre you a highly organised and detail-driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding administrative support? Are you happy working in a fast-paced environment?If so, we want to hear from you!We're looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team. This role will involve supporting distributors, managing customer inquiries, and assisting internal teams with key administrative tasks.What You'll Do:

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to customer service.
  • Ensure accurate entry and timely follow-up of incoming orders.
  • Prepare and track KPI metrics.
  • Assist with HMRC compliance.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Support Sales Teams with new inquiries and sales leads.
  • Work with Quality Control on returns and quality issues.
  • Handle invoicing for shipped goods and credit notes for returns.
  • Create quotations for new inquiries and sales leads.
  • Resolve technical queries by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate special shipping and delivery instructions with the Shipping team.
  • Maintain ERP records and assist with annual pricing reviews.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Navision.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
