- Manage inbound calls efficiently using client-specific scripts to provide a tailored and professional service.

- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role or busy telephone reception is essential
- Ability to read instructions whilst on a call and manage appointment bookings, amendments and cancellations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent use of English language and grammar.
- Proficiency in basic IT skills and experience using computer systems
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle calls efficiently
