JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
INTERVIEWS: Taking place next week!
SALARY: £24,000
LOCATION: Central Bournemouth

The role:
- Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls
- Assisting with customer queries
- Building strong relationship with customers
- Providing support and advice to clients
- Updating the database with customers information
- Responding to a high volume of emails
- Maintaining client records
- Updating purchase orders on the system
- Liaising with suppliers
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong problem solving abilities
