  • We are seeking a candidate who is used to dealing with contacts face to face, perhaps you have worked within education or care on a reception desk? Dealing with the public
  • Answering queries regarding various services provided
  • Solving issues and escalating where necessary
  • Sign posting
  • Updating the database with information accurately
  • Scanning documents in the digital mailroom
  • Answering the phone and emails

Skills required-

  • Customer service focused
  • Able to deal with contacts with empathy
  • Dealing with vulnerable contacts
  • Good understanding of Safeguarding
  • MS Office, word, outlook, basic Excel
  • Accurate data entry
  • Good attention to details
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ideally you will drive with your own car, as there will be cover required for sickness and holidays at other locations, Christchurch and Poole
