Customer Service Officer - Hybrid Role | Bournemouth
Must live within 15 miles of Bournemouth
12-15 week placement, leading to an 18-20 month fixed-term role
We are looking for friendly and experienced customer service professionals to support local residents across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
?? What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls from the public
- Help with enquiries about:
- Council Tax
- Parking
- Blue Badge applications
- Bus Passes
- Work part of the week in the office and part from home
- Follow rules and processes carefully

- Experience in a contact centre or customer service role
- Good computer skills
- A helpful and patient attitude
- Ability to understand and follow important guidelines
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup
