Are you passionate about customer service? Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping people? We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre team in Ringwood!

What You'll Be Doing: As a member of our Customer Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
• Ensuring every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued and supported.
• Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and positive attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential - we provide full training!
