Customer Support Agent, Bournemouth, Temp to Perm, £25k

Are you a great communicator with a passion for customer service? Have you got previous outbound calling experience? Join a small team as a Customer Support Agent and assist residents in need. You will be responsible for managing housing disrepair cases from start to finish, supporting residents with empathy and efficiency, and ensuring cases are presented accurately for resolution.

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Agent:

  • Engage with residents through phone, email, and live chat to gather detailed information regarding housing disrepair issues.
  • Log, update, and effectively manage housing disrepair cases within the system.
  • Assess and prioritise housing disrepair cases based on established criteria, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Work closely with solicitors and internal teams to escalate and progress cases that meet the qualification criteria.
  • Work towards individual and team case targets, ensuring cases are handled efficiently.
