We are seeking 1st Line Customer Support Operators to work for an exciting and fast growing organisation based in Bournemouth!

Their industry-leading software platform serves businesses and their customers throughout the UK and Ireland, therefore they need someone who is positive, friendly and confident dealing with customers over the phone and on email, in order to resolve their queries whilst working in a fast paced environment.

This role is available on a Temp - Perm basis with a start date of January, so dont delay in sending your CV!

The role:

  • Being part of the 1st line call group, answering inbound calls from clients
  • Being part of the 1st line in Freshdesk to answer inbound emails / tickets.
  • Processing the daily customer transfers
  • Processing any post that comes through to the team
  • Managing the outputs from our customer feedback responses.
  • Ensuring system alerts are processed within an hour of them being added to the site.

You are a strong team player with a friendly and approachable nature. You have a confident telephone manner and a passion for delivering first class customer service.
