Our client, a financial services provider based in Bournemouth, is looking for confident customer service professionals to join their team. This role is responsible for dealing with emails and telephone calls made by their investors/clients in a timely manner adhering to regulations.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

路Responding to inbound emails and telephone calls made by investors and professionals adhering to compliance and regulations.

路Prioritise queries and correspond with other departments when necessary to determine the root cause.

路Type and administer correspondence to clients / investors meeting deadlines.

路Ensure quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers and investors.

Experience & Personal Attributes

路To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate inbound customer service experience, ideally gained from the financial services industry.

路Other customer service experience can include any complaint handling, inbound processing and/or banking roles.

路Good standard of English/Maths are essential for this role
