We are recruiting for several Test & Assembly Technicians on a permanent basis to join a leading manufacturer who design and manufacture products for the he Avionics and Defence industry.

Working out of a purpose built modern, state of the art facilities you will be part of a hardworking, friendly and dedicated team working on the test and assembly of new, prototype and serviceable high value products for various Avionics and Defence Solutions.

Duties will include;

  • Electro mechanical assembly
  • Soldering
  • Test and Inspection to component level
  • Component level replacement
  • Working to drawings or manufacturing

The successful candidate will possess;

  • Formal qualifications; City & Guilds, ONC, HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent, or time served experience within electronics is desirable
  • Experience of component and final product testing
  • Good level of soldering experience
  • Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications
  • Able to use computers for logging work
