Our client an established and welcoming Nursery setting in Bournemouth are currently seeking dedicated & compassionate Nursery Practitioners to join the friendly and professional team.

The nursery is part of a larger nursery group which has four other nursery's in the local area so there is the opportunity to grow within your role and further your career within the company.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children in our nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have a nurturing personality.

Your role- Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities- Assist with feeding, diapering, and maintaining cleanliness of the nursery- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum- Monitor children's behavior and communicate any concerns to the Nursery Manager- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and incidents- Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's development

Qualifications & Experience- Level 2 Childcare & Education or above- Previous experience working with young children- Knowledge of child development principles and practices- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
