Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 Per Hour
Start date: Immediate
Contract type: Part Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3 hours per day (morning OR afternoon shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom and help students in both individual and group settings
- Provide support during lessons, helping students to engage and learn effectively
- Encourage positive behaviour and independence
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure tailored support for each student
- Help with classroom preparation and organisation
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting (but not essential)
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

To work with GSL Education as a Teaching Assistant, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Provide an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
