A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a housing provider based in Bournemouth, Dorset on a Temp to perm basis paying 24.50 p/h (Umbrella) based on a permanent salary of up to 38,500. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van.
Pay Rate:
* 24.50 p/h (umbrella rate)
Working Hours:
8:00am - 16:30pm - Monday - Friday
You will be required to:
* Carry out remedial repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied and void.
* Carry out electrical repairs EICRs
* Testing and inspecting occupied and void properties
* Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
* Carry out works allocated by appointments
Qualifications:
* City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ Level 3
* BS 7617: 18th Edition
* 2391 or 2395 (Desirable)
You will be supplied with:
* A company van and fuel card, tools and PPE
