Electrician – Heating Controls

My client has an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in the South of England. This role involves the installation of new and retrofit heating systems and requires someone who can maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Up to £40,000 + pension + holiday
  • Van and fuel card provided
  • Tools, PDA and PPE provided
  • Location New Forest, Dorset

As an Electrician in our Social Housing department, you will be responsible for carrying out installations of new and retrofit heating systems, performing wiring and fault finding of central heating control systems. Your role will involve maintaining job time frames and quality standards by working efficiently and safely. You will deliver high-quality service to clients and their customers, respecting all individuals and meeting challenges head-on. Additionally, you will manage parts ordering and job management to ensure fast resolution of client issues or faults, liaise with residents and clients about the works being undertaken, ensure all equipment is calibrated and in good working order, and stay up-to-date with all codes of practice involving your given discipline.

Ready to take the next step in your career?  To stand out you will have:

  • NVQ 2 or equivalent in Electrical Systems.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience, particularly within the Social Housing sector will make you stand out.
  • Experience working directly with residents and clients.
