A new requirement for an experienced professional HR Business Partner who will partner with key divisional leadership teams and drive forward a range of strategic HR & OD initiatives. Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will develop the Business Partnering model with a focus on a range of strategic HR activities including Change, Transformation and Restructuring. As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad ranging role with a focus on :
- Employee Engagement / experience
- Workforce Planning
- Strategic Recruitment
- Senior HR support to business leaders
- Organisational Design, Change, Transformation, Restructuring
- Culture
- Strategic Projects such as Performance Management,
Candidates
- Chartered Member CIPD (preferable)
- CIPD Level 7
- Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations
- Experience of strategic HR & OD including - Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.
- Experience of Change, Transformation and Restructuring is essential in large complex organisations.
Offer
- 6 months contract working via Hays time sheets
- PAYE £34 - 41 / Umbrella £39-49 per hour
- Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth
