- Conducting research to gain a thorough understanding of our clients’ business, culture and career opportunities
- Sourcing candidates using advanced sourcing tools and techniques
- Assessing candidate’s suitability and interest in the opportunities
- Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to share information and support wider campaigns
- Liaising with Account Directors to shortlist candidates and present to the client
- Managing and arranging interviews and assessments and providing feedback throughout the campaign
- Managing subsequent offers to ensure a smooth and successful completion to your recruitment campaigns
- Experience gained within recruitment or a customer-facing role
- An analytical approach to problem solving combined with an inquisitive mind
- Commercial and empathetic with a good understanding of business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
- Good understanding of IT and competent with social media
- Self-motivated and target driven
