Role: Senior Broker
Salary: £30,000 Basic + Commission (£80k OTE)
Location: Bournemouth, office based
Hous: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (with early finish on a Friday!)

Preferred Skills / Experience Required:
- PMI Sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
- Experience in client management and sales.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Certification or degree in Insurance or a related field.
