This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful team and lead a dynamic function that plays a crucial role in the company’s financial performance.As Credit Control Manager, you will take full ownership of key financial processes, drive efficiency, and foster strong relationships across all levels of the business.Key responsibilities of the Credit Control Manager will include:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Credit Control function, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, develop, and support the Credit Control team, driving performance and professional growth.
  • Analyse data and trends to identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Streamline procedures to optimise cash flow and mitigate financial risk.
  • Manage overdue accounts, implementing robust recovery strategies where necessary.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve queries and maintain positive relationships.
Key skills and experience required: :
  • Proven experience in credit control / accounts receivable
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to handle high transaction volumes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach
