The Finance Manager will lead a small finance team, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely delivery of financial information.
This role offers study support for professional development and a competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restrictions.

Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a small finance team.
Month end reconciliations and reporting up to trial balance.
Posting adjustments and journals.
Overseeing the payroll function.
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
Review and enhance accounting processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications and skills required:

Part qualified CIMA or ACCA qualified.
Highly motived and driven with a passion for accounting.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Able to foster and sustain positive working relationships.
Capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
