- Manage and mentor a small finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
About you:
- Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
- A keen understanding of business operations and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Experience of leading and developing small Finance teams.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
