Vacancy: SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTS MANAGER – Block Management Accounts
Location: Bournemouth, BH8
Salary: £28k - £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An award winning, highly regarded independent property company based in the Bournemouth area that specialise in Block Property Management are now seeking a Service Charge Accounts Manager.
You will be working closely with the Block Management Team and you will need to be organised, efficient and able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment.Â
Previous experience in Block Management Service Charge Accounts and strong Administration skills are key because you will need to hit the ground running in a busy department.

Qualifications in accounting or Property Management would be ideal but experience in budgeting, and accounting is essential

Skills required for this Service Charge Accounts Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in Block Management Service Accounts essential

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Thoroughly professional approach to Block Property Management
