- Client servicing, meeting and new business admin support
- New Business and application submissions
- Research gathering for products through authority letters
- Illustrations and product/platform online portals
- Maintaining records on back-office system - X-Plan
- Supporting the advisers and working with other team members to cover other tasks relating to client servicing and advice
