Role: Classroom Teacher (ECT/Experienced)
Location: Bournemouth
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: Competitive (based on the teacher scale - MPS/UPS)

GSL Education are supporting local schools with their staffing needs and are searching for committed teachers looking to start work in January 2025. The schools are mainstream primary schools with inclusive classrooms. Any previous experience teaching pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs will be beneficial.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree/Master’s Degree
• Teaching Certification (QTS /PGCE)
• Previous experience in a primary school
• In-depth knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
