As Customer Retention Specialist, you’ll benefit from:

- Hours ~ Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays (with a weekday off)

As Customer Retention Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Re-engaging customers, contacting those at risk of leaving and offering solutions to keep them on board
- Working with internal teams and partners to resolve issues and keep transactions moving forward
- Making up to 50 calls per day, ensuring excellent customer service
- Keeping processes on track and updating CRM systems accurately
- Handling payment delays, servicing concerns, and other challenges
- Identifying ways to make retention smoother and more effective
As Customer Retention Specialist, your skills and experience will include:
- Experience in a customer facing role, ideally in retention, sales, or account management
- Being a confident communicator, specific skills with being persuasive, empathetic, and solutions-driven
- Good organisation and attention-to-detail, with the ability to keep multiple cases on track
- Resilience and a motivated person to hit performance goals and keep customers engaged
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer data
