Location- Kinson

Pay rate £12.59 per hour

Ideally to work Monday, Tuesday and Friday between 9am to 5pm, but could be flexible on these days.

To start Monday 16th September for 8 months until Friday 14th March 2025

About the Repairs & Operations Coordinator role-

This is working in a busy housing team, who provide tenancy advice.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the housing team to handle incoming calls, face to face meetings and answering emails dealing with repair bookings.

You will have excellent communication skills, ideally you will have worked with housing or property queries, or repairs previously.

Must have a great approach to providing excellent customer service to the contacts both face to face, via email and over the phone.

Logging information accurately onto the system, chasing up and booking repairs.

You will be organised, able to pick up new IT systems quickly, accurate data entry skills and above all a great team player.
