This small but perfectly formed team have worked from home since the pandemic, they enjoy meeting up as team every now and again for social events so a candidate who resides in Dorset or Hampshire is a must for this warm outgoing friendly bunch.

Hours can be flexible Full or Part Time, all of the team are Parents or Dog Parents and enjoy the flex of being able to adapt their hours to suit their individual needs.

Our client are seeking a talented Procurement Admin to join their team. You will need a keen eye for detail, this is an incredible opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative business who work with some of the worlds brand names in their industry.

As a Procurement Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting their team with daily tasks such as:

  • Setting up project folders using pre-made templates.
  • Creating project documents using set templates.
  • Inputting data into spreadsheets
  • Utilising COST sheets
  • Procuring equipment
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate on pricing with suppliers
  • Raise PO's

To succeed in this role, you should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with both internal teams and external suppliers. Experience in procurement and knowledge of supply chain processes are also desired.
