Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy in the school management system.
  • Assist with the coordination of school events, meetings, and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and teaching staff.
  • Handle inquiries from parents, students, and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organised.
  • Assist with the enrolment and registration process for new students.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
