Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
- Prepare and review financial accounts, tax returns, and business reports
- Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, coordinating services and maintaining strong connections
- Control budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability for your client portfolio
- Conduct annual fee reviews for clients in line with department guidelines
- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering their professional development
- Contribute to team meetings, supporting workflow peaks as needed
- Actively promote the firm’s services to potential and existing clients
- Implement company initiatives and support projects as directed by senior management

- Previous experience in UK practice is essential

- £28,000 to £38,000 per annum
