1st Staff Limited are one of the leading alternative providers working nationwide with specialist staff helping students from 4-25 years of age with both education and therapeutic needs.

Position Details:

* Location - In the student's home, a local library or community centre

* Hours - 10-15 hours per week, sessions will be split 3 hours per day Monday-Friday

* Start date - ASAP

* Planning and delivering individualised sessions based on the child's needs

* Building a rapport with the child

Experience Required:

* Working with a range of SEN/SEMH and challenging behaviours

* Being able to cater to the child's individual's needs

* Excellent behaviour management

Having your own transport wouldn’t be necessary but would be beneficial.
