Your new role:
As aSenior Healthcare Assistantat Care Dynamics, youll look after the different needs of residents. Our services are available within a variety of care settings to a wide number of clients, all with individual needs; you could be supporting people with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia and providing care for older people.
As aSenior Healthcare Assistantyour role would be to support with personal care, medication and day to day life, activities, social experiences, and individual therapeutic and behavioural care plans in a care home setting.
About you:
To be successful in this role its essential that you hold a minimum of a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent). Also required is the demonstration of experience in a similar role
You should have 1 years experience,essential.
A care certificate (or all the courses needed up to date) plus medication training,preferred but not essential.
Enhanced DBS,preferred but not essential.
