Position: Teaching Assistant Part-time
Salary Range: £12.82 per hour
Location: Bournemouth
Start Date: October start
GSL Education are currently looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant based in Bournemouth, who is dedicated and committed to providing high-quality, tailored provision for primary pupils. The role consists of supporting pupils with SEN, often on a 1:1 basis. Previous experience supporting children with complex additional needs is beneficial. This position is open to part-time applicants.
THE IDEAL TEACHING ASSISTANT:
- Must be a patient, reliable and adaptable
- Be able to work well in a team
- Be proactive in meeting student's needs
- Have 1:1 experience with children
- Have previous experience of being a TA in school
JOB DETAILS:
- Type of work – Small group and 1:1 sessions
- Contract or position start date – ASAP/ October start
- Part-time
- Temporary position initially, with scope to become permanent
- Pay: £12.82 an hour
- Hours - 8:30am – 3:00pm with a half hour lunch break
