Salary Range: £12.82 per hour

GSL Education are currently looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant based in Bournemouth, who is dedicated and committed to providing high-quality, tailored provision for primary pupils. The role consists of supporting pupils with SEN, often on a 1:1 basis. Previous experience supporting children with complex additional needs is beneficial. This position is open to part-time applicants.  

THE IDEAL TEACHING ASSISTANT:

  • Must be a patient, reliable and adaptable
  • Be able to work well in a team
  • Be proactive in meeting student's needs
  • Have 1:1 experience with children
  • Have previous experience of being a TA in school

JOB DETAILS:

  • Type of work – Small group and 1:1 sessions
  • Contract or position start date – ASAP/ October start  
  • Part-time
  • Temporary position initially, with scope to become permanent
  • Pay: £12.82 an hour
  • Hours - 8:30am – 3:00pm with a half hour lunch break
