Recruitment Manager - US Team

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role, drive the growth of a high-performing team, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business within the rapidly expanding US Automotive Sector.

Role Overview

This is a billing managerial role, combining hands-on recruitment, business development, and leadership. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and mentoring a talented team of recruiters. Working closely with the senior management team, you will focus on scaling the business, developing your team, and driving new opportunities. Regular travel to the US will be part of this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Lead the growth of the business by securing new opportunities, utilising social media and other tools for lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, guide, and develop a high-performing team, helping them achieve their career goals.
  • Billing: Act as a senior biller, delivering exceptional results and setting the standard for the team.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top candidates and enhance the company’s brand presence.
  • Metrics & Analysis: Monitor and evaluate recruitment performance, using data to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Growth Focus: Drive the overall growth of the team and the business, with a strong focus on hiring and development.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in a recruitment agency environment, ideally with experience in technical sectors such as automotive, engineering, or electrical.
  • US Market Knowledge: Experience working within the US recruitment market is essential.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage, grow, and develop recruitment teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong experience with budgets, P&L, and business operations.
  • Business Development and Relationship Building Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Skilled in using social media and lead generation tools to drive business growth.
