NET Recruit is supporting a housing business who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their team in the Bournemouth area.Your Role:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Providing hands-on support in various areas of employee relations, handling a range of related issues in a confidential and professional manner
  • Supporting the HR team to deliver the people strategy
  • Working on employee engagement and capability, ensuring that feedback and opinions are taken on board
  • Guiding and supporting colleagues whilst promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Working on activities to ensure that employees feel valued and supported
  • Providing assistance with consultation and TUPE activities
  • Supporting the wider HR team on additional duties where appropriate, including updating of policies & procedures
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • CIPD Level 5 ideally (will consider Level 3 with the aim of working towards Level 5 with study support)
  • Extensive experience with employee relations and handling case management
  • Exposure to dealing with TUPE related and consultation activities
  • Sound capability with utilising both HR management systems for reporting and data, as well as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Familiarity with working in a commercially aware HR environment
  • Experienced in delivering people management training
