Reviewing policy and making recommendations

Ability to lead on small projects within the wider projects

Ability to collaborate in the office at least 1 day per week

Confident in presenting and sharing information with large audiences

Excellent understanding and experience of using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products

Ability to translate data into charts, graphs etc to present to stakeholders

Understanding of employment legislation (Desirable)

Understanding to the Equality Act 2010
