Role Overview: As a Part-Time Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our HR team, focusing on providing expert guidance across a broad spectrum of HR functions. This includes managing Employee Relations (ER) casework, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of complex ER cases, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances with impartiality and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation related to ER activities.
  • Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist with a focus on managing ER casework.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
