A Technical Business/New Sales Development Manager (IT Services Sector) is required for a dynamic and innovative company specialising in IT support services.

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with new customers, building strong relationships. Develop tailored proposals to meet their unique needs.
  • Industry Networking: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to build relationships with potential clients and partners. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Tender Response Leadership: Lead the development of tender responses, leveraging our technical expertise to create compelling proposals.

Successful Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar Technical Business Development role, specifically within the SaaS / IT support services sector.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT support services, SaaS, and service delivery.
  • Sales Track Record: Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering new business in a technical environment. Proven history of achieving sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: Understand the IT services market, including competitor landscape and industry trends.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and make informed decisions.
