We are searching for an experienced Data Manager for an impressive Educational organisation. This is a unique opportunity for a 'data leader', passionate about education, with a focus on developing impactful analytics in support of support teaching, learning, and operational excellence. This role is offered on Hybrid/Flexi working and salary depends on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management - Oversee and integrate data systems, to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms, implementing data governance best practices
  • Analysis & Reporting - Prepare and maintain performance reports and databases to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support and Compliance - Provide coaching and training on data tools, resolve data issues and ensure data handling complies with GDPR and key regulations
  • Project Leadership - Lead data-focused projects and collaborate on digital strategies that leverage data for organisational growth

Requirements

  • Degree level educated, with a data / analytics subject focus
  • 2+ yrs experience using an education management information system (MIS)
  • Excellent statistical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of data reporting, managing, and developing data systems
  • Based within a 45 min daily commute of Bournemouth area for office-based days (please outline location on CV or cover)
