Key Job Requirements:
- Certified Administrator in a Software Asset Management tool or 4+ years of hands-on experience with a SAM tool, preferably Flexera.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance performance measurement and reporting processes within large organisations.
- Experienced in creating and distributing detailed reports from various data sources for business use.
- Strong capability in data manipulation and summarising complex reports for presentation to non-specialist audiences.
- Experience automating reports to the extent allowed by available data sources and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as commonly used diagramming tools.
- Extensive experience in flexible and proactive information gathering.
- Confident in managing diverse tasks and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to present professionally and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Adaptable to shifting deadlines with a flexible approach.
- Experience in data analytics is essential.
- Preferably, at least 4 years of experience working within the financial sector.
