As the Release Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and ensuring the quality of software releases across the IT Group. You'll oversee performance testing, managing a third-party team and collaborating with agile engineering teams to define and deliver the performance test roadmap. Your focus will be on embedding and governing testing standards, ensuring that software meets quality thresholds before production release. You'll work closely with various teams to align on best practices, drive continuous improvement, and validate software against engineering standards. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, as well as a deep understanding of testing methodologies and governance practices to ensure high-quality, defect-free releases.

Flexibility with working patterns are encouraged and hybrid working with Bournemouth as the face 2 days per week is typical.
