Your new roleAs a Dynamics CRM Configuration Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in advising on reimagining core CRM processes, working with stakeholders to replace legacy workflows with streamlined, standardised solutions in Dynamics 365. You will provide advice on configuring and customising Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) to support higher education recruitment workflows, collaborate with business users and technical teams, and support data migration and cleansing efforts. What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ideally within a higher education or nonprofit context.
  • Experience migrating from legacy or bespoke CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 tools: business rules, workflows, forms, Power Automate, dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in recruitment and admissions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
