1st Line IT Service Desk Technician is required for an established business near Bournemouth town centre.

Location: Bournemouth - FREE Parking & accessible public transport connections Working Hours: Onsite: 08:30 - 17:00 (Mon-Thu), 08:30 - 16:30 (Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Support: Provide responsive and accessible IT Service Desk support for internal staff.
  • Service Desk System: Log, monitor, resolve, and record incidents and service requests.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality, consistent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • ITIL Processes: Support and deliver ITIL-based processes and procedures to ensure excellent service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work within a team to achieve operational and strategic goals.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, environments.
  • Networking: Understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Software: Experience with common Office 365 software applications
  • Hardware: Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues with PCs, laptops.
  • Remote Support: Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
