The Role
As a Protection Advisor, you'll provide expert advice on life insurance products via telephone, building rapport with customers and ensuring regulatory compliance. This fast-paced role offers ongoing support, coaching, and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of the Protection Advisor:
- Deliver exceptional telephone-based customer service and advice
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and drive personal performance
- Ensure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards
- Conduct thorough fact-finds and document all customer interactions
Required knowledge and experience for the Protection Advisor role:
- Proven experience in Financial Services
- Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
- Excellent customer engagement and telephone communication skills
- Financial services qualifications (ideally CEMAP or R05)
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer outcomes
