Due to continued growth within the business our client are looking to recruit an experience Mortgage Administrator to join their team.
Role
- Full-time, office-based Mortgage Administration vacancy.
- Process mortgage application forms with lenders.
- Checking on the progress of applications through to completion.
- Inputting cases onto iO.
- Inputting cases onto Lender’s systems.
- Uploading supporting information.
- Electronic ID checks.
- Keeping adviser updated of progress via email and PipeDrive.
- Using Mortgage Metrics for rate improvements.
- Any other relevant duties the directors feel is necessary.
- Accurate and timely processing of client applications.
- Making sure the adviser is aware of the current case position.
- Maintaining high levels of vigilance to possible fraud and money laundering activities.
- Ensure the company meets obligations under our 'Rate Assurance Guarantee’.
Candidate
- Professional, well spoken and confident.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Well presented.
- Previous Mortgage Administration a strong advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to liaise at all levels.
