Advising property developers, owners, and investors on all aspects of commercial property, including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and a variety of land and property types. The team works seamlessly with their Commercial Litigation and Licensing specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. What? The role involves advising on a wide range of commercial property matters as part of the Commercial Property Team. Responsibilities include providing legal advice to existing clients while building your own client base, managing cases suited to your experience level, and guiding team members as needed. You will handle transactions from initial client contact to completion, including plot sales, freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, property development acquisitions, and transactions involving lenders, pension schemes, and corporate support.Exceptional client care, integrity, and adherence to the firms’ high professional standards are essential. Additional duties include marketing, networking, and business development. All work must meet SRA standards, the Law Society protocol, firm procedures, and LEXCEL quality requirements. You The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a strong understanding of the local commercial environment and property law. You will demonstrate commitment to staying updated on legal developments, risk management, and compliance while taking responsibility for personal and professional growth. The role requires a motivated, resilient, and well-organised individual with excellent communication, drafting, and research skills. You should effectively manage your caseload, think critically, work independently, and support the team collaboratively. Proficiency in IT, including case management systems, and a proactive approach to business development are essential. Relevant experience in handling complex commercial property transactions is expected, aligned with your level of expertise. Why?
