Who You will be working within a busy team on diverse company/commercial matters, including business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (e.g., Terms & Conditions, Supply, Distribution, Agency, and Franchise agreements), corporate finance transactions, shareholder agreements and disputes, share capital restructuring, employee incentive schemes, business start-ups, succession planning, and education sector work, such as academy conversions and multi-academy trusts.
