The Role: Corporate Partner

As a Corporate Partner, you’ll lead on a range of transactions from inception to completion. This includes mergers & acquisitions, share & asset purchase agreements and general corporate commercial matters.

You’ll also:

  • Oversee and supervise team members to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Build and grow your caseload through active business development and networking
  • Provide leadership in drafting and negotiating complex agreements

About You:

We’re looking for a Solicitor with:

  • Extensive experience in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions
  • A proven ability to lead and run transactions with minimal supervision
  • Strong business development skills and a track record of building lasting client relationships
  • Leadership qualities to mentor and supervise junior team members effectively
