About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Mentor to work closely with students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they feel supported and empowered to succeed. You will play a key role in:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support.
  • Helping students with academic, emotional, and social challenges.
  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Encouraging independence and confidence in students.


About You

To thrive in this role, you will:

  • Have experience working with children or young adults, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Show empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Be adaptable and able to build rapport with students of all abilities.
  • Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

A background in supporting students with SEN, particularly Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, is desirable but not essential.
