Float Legal Secretary - Dorset
High Street law firm rated in the Legal 500 with multiple offices are seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to to work as a Float Secretary.
The role will involve providing full secretarial support across a number of departments and offices and offices and assisting will files, correspondence and dealign with clients.
Ideally, you will have excellent I.T and secretarial skills and proven experience of working as a Legal Secretary with a minimal of 2 years gained within a law firm and exposure to working within different departments such as Conveyancing, Private Client and Litigation. Regular to travel to their offices across Dorset and cover staff on annual leave and sickness, so own transport is required.
